"WHY IS MY BRACELET DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES?"
We will send you the bracelets with the pattern consistent of your order, but every pieces of jade are genuine and one of a kind. Therefore the color of each will varies by small difference.
When you place your order, we will send you a photograph of the products before we send you the actually products. Please understand all of our jade are real and pure, therefore each one are different. We will ask for your approval (a return email) before we will send you the products. You can ask us to exchange before the items are send to you.
In the unfortunate occasion that you are unsatisfied with our bracelets after you have receive it, it is possible to mail it back to us for exchange within 14 days.
